By accessing or placing an order on shelora.online (or affiliated subdomains), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws of India. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Products & Offer Specifications
Shelora manufactures and sells 100% organic cotton, biodegradable sanitary pads and feminine hygiene products. While we make every effort to display product dimensions (e.g. 280mm XL, 317mm XXL) and pack specifications accurately, minor variations may occur during production.
3. Pricing & Online Payments
- All prices listed on Shelora are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable taxes.
- Prices and promotional offers (e.g. 30-Pad Super Saver Packs) are subject to update without prior notice.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets.
4. Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days across India depending on location. Tracking numbers (AWB IDs) from courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket, DTDC) are shared via WhatsApp and SMS.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, brand names ("Shelora"), graphics, product copy, and website code are the exclusive property of Shelora Organic Care. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shelora products are dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic. However, individual skin sensitivities vary. Shelora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product misuse.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
